Return and Exchange Policy:
Our Baby Our World will accept returns and/or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 20% handling and restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
In order to maintain our standard of quality and trust, we ask that all items being returned or exchanged be unused, unopened and in the original, untampered packaging. All returns and/or exchanges must be in a saleable condition. Please do not write on the product box. In other words, please make sure that the product is in original purchasing condition and appearance and also includes all unaltered manufacturer’s labels, documentation, and packaging.
Refunds will only be issued if the product and its packaging meet the above guidelines and pass the quality control standards of Our Baby Our World. Please note that we make it our top priority to maintain a distinct level of professionalism and excellence, thus, Our Baby Our World reserves the right to deny return or exchange privileges if the product falls short of our criteria.
Please allow 10 days for processing of a return.
Gift Returns and Store Credits:
Credits can only be refunded to the same credit card the purchase was made on. If an item was purchased as a gift, we can either refund the original credit card, exchange for different item or a store credit will be issued for the refund balance amount. Merchandise purchased with gift certificates, store credits, personal checks or money orders will be issued a store credit. Store credit will expire one year from issuing date. All such returns must also meet quality control standards as listed above.
Items that cannot be returned:
Due to hygienic reasons following categories of items are not returnable: Feeding Accessories, Bathing Accessories, Diapering Accessories, Diaper Pails, Potty Seats, Mattresses, Furniture, Baby Carriers, Breast Pumps, and Bottle Feeding Items and/or Accessories.
The following products are also not suitable for return: Pre Orders, Special Orders, Personalized, Clearance, Discontinued, and/or Special Priced Items.
Final Sale or Clearance Items: These items cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions!
Manufacturer’s warranty/Registration cards accompany when available from the manufacturer, and are subject to the manufacturer's policies. Everything we sell is new and has been carefully inspected prior to shipment.
Open Box, Floor Display Models and Discontinued Items:
At Our Baby Our World, we take pride in the quality and condition of the product we sell to our valued customers. On occasion we will have some discontinued or clearance models, Floor displays from our Retail Showroom or Open Boxes of certain items that we would like to offer our customers at a Special Price. None of this product is ever used; these are only used to display color and functionality. These items are clearly marked on the product page as Floor display, open box or discontinued models.
All sales are final.
Special Price items cannot be combined with any other coupon code or promotional offer.
All discontinued, floor displays and open box items are sold “AS IS” with all required parts and accessories included (where applicable) unless otherwise noted in the description.
All above mentioned items are brand new, unused items that are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. If an item arrives or becomes damaged within the warranty time-frame you will need to contact the manufacturer directly to resolve. We are not authorized to repair or take back defective products. Any defective or damaged item returned for a refund or exchange without prior consent will incur a 45% restocking fee.
Discontinued or Clearance Model: A discontinued model is a product that is announced obsolete by the Manufacturer and will no longer be available once current stock is depleted. Clearance models are either overstock or end of stock items.
Floor Display: Is a product that was displayed on our Showroom floor to show a particular color. Sometimes these products are utilized to demonstrate the use of the item, but never used by a customer.
Open Box: Is a product that was either opened by a customer or by us. Sometimes an open box may not be shipped in its original box due to package damage in transit. However, all our open box items are tested for any functional damage. We do not ship any damaged or used products.
All discontinued/clearance, floor displays and open box items are deeply discounted, therefore final sale. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All shipping costs associated with the pursuit of return and/or exchange is the responsibility of the customer. Our Baby Our World will bear no shipping cost associated with a return and/or exchange. We highly recommend purchasing package insurance or using Delivery Confirmation to ensure your package is traceable. Our Baby Our World will also not be held accountable for items we do not receive or that are lost in shipping.
Refused or Undeliverable orders:
All packages refused or undeliverable will incur a 25% restocking fee to cover our shipping expenses. Refusing a package is not a viable return method. If you need to make a return please follow our return procedure listed above.
How to request a RMA:
If you created an Account:
• Log in to your account and find the correct order under "Track your recent orders". Then click "View Details". In the lower right-hand corner of the order page you will see "Add New RMA". Click that button and follow the instructions to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• You will receive a message on your screen confirming your request or a reason it cannot be completed. If you do not receive any message, please go back and re-submit your request. Once submitted, please allow 1 working day for your RMA number and instructions to be sent to you by email. If you have questions on this process, please Contact Us.
If you do not have an account:
• If you chose not to create an account, you can Contact us by telephone, live chat or email to request an RMA. A customer service representative will be happy to assist you.
Cancelling an order:
Our Baby Our World takes pride in processing your orders efficiently and promptly. Therefore, it may not always be possible to cancel your order once it has been processed. We will try our best to accommodate your cancellation or item substitution request; however, if we are unable to cancel the order prior to it shipping, you would need to make a return by following our return procedure listed above.
Our Baby Our World occasionally offers promotional packages and free gifts with purchase. If you wish to return an item that included a free gift, then you must return the free gift item as well, in order to receive a full refund. If you desire to keep the free gift, the retail value of that item will be deducted from your total refund.
If any coupon code was used at time of original purchase, any return of that purchase will reduce your savings proportionally.
If a coupon code is used for free merchandise and your order falls below the $ threshold required to receive the free merchandise, the free merchandise must be returned in original packaging/condition or the value of the free merchandise will be deducted from your refund.
All sales are final with certain promotions. Promotional Offers apply to purchases made in our Retail Showroom and Online. These offers are not valid on prior purchases. However, we will give a 3-day price match (authorized dealer) guarantee. Online promo codes cannot be applied to special price items. Discount will not apply on gift cards, shipping or sales tax. OurBabyOurWorld.com reserves the right to refuse discounts on non-qualifying orders. Some restrictions may apply.
All items shipped outside of the United States are non-returnable.
If you are planning on forwarding your order internationally, please note Our Baby Our World cannot be held responsible or accountable for items once they are shipped overseas after they reach their forwarding destination in the United States.
