How do I schedule a Baby Registry Consultation?
As part of our Baby Registry service, we are happy to offer one-on-one help to get you started. To schedule a registry consultation, please Contact Us. We ask that you schedule your consultation at least 30 days before the event date so that your guests have time to shop! A consultation is offered by appointment during business hours only, by telephone or in our Retail Showroom, and lasts 30 minutes. To see complete details, please refer to our Baby Registry page.

I have contacted you by email but I have not received a response, why?
We strive to answer all emails and messages within one working day! You can also view messages from Ourbabyourworld.com in your My Account page if you have created one. There are several reasons our response may not reach you by email:
  • Is it a weekend or holiday? Our email correspondence is sent Monday through Friday during business hours and we are closed on some holidays. See our business hours here.
  • Was your email entered correctly? If it has a typo our correspondence will not reach you.
  • Is our email in junk or spam folder? Some email providers put retail correspondence there.

    We’re sorry; we do not offer a print catalog. Our website is updated daily and everything we offer online is available for purchase. Please Contact Us for information on a specific product or brand, we’re happy to help!

    Be assured that Ourbabyourworld.com is an Authorized Retailer for all the brands we offer! We purchase our entire inventory direct from the manufacturers and all of our products carry the manufacturer’s warranty.
